Prior to the wedding day:

• 1 free planning call to flag any missing items / potential issues and provide general guidance-Available whenever you choose to have it​

• Immediate access to lists/tools to help keep you on track and conquer planning!

• Vendor referrals

• A timeline draft ​​

• Access to email and phone questions

• A remote visit to your venue

• 1 phone or Zoom meeting with you photographer or DJ

• 1 in-depth final call

• Confirm all vendors and ensure they have provided the venue with their insurance

• Share a revised timeline for vendors to use along with floorplan and venue load-instructions

• Stand by for questions or requests from vendors and the couple

On the day of the wedding​

• Guide hair and makeup teams

• Set up of food and bubbly at the hotel and transportation

• Answer last-minute wedding party and family questions with a timeline meeting

• Emergency kit and steamer

• Ensure that all important ceremony items are packed: rings, vows, license, etc.

• Ensure a wonderful experience for the two of you by guiding you as the day develops

• Guide wedding party, immediate family for photos and guests to their places.

• Manage shuttles

• Take care of your family and guests by answering questions and handling requests

• Lead a mini-rehearsal on the day of the wedding to ensure a seamless ceremony.

• Vendor management

• Have copies of the timeline, floorplan,  contracts readily available

• Oversee the timeline and keep vendor's informed of any changes to ensure a smooth flow

• Answer all vendor's questions so they are not coming to you

• Cue vendors for all events: ceremony, music, speeches, important dances, etc.

• Manage and hand tips and final payments 

• Oversee deliveries 

• Decorate the venue to bring your vision to fruition

• Guide vendors during set up to ensure your dream aesthetic is delivered and that attention to detail is at the forefront

• Handle last-minute emergencies so you don't have to

Pricing:

• 8 hours on the wedding day-$1,999 (1 coordinator.) This package is perfect for small weddings of 50 guests or less.

• 10 hours on the wedding day-$2,700 (1 coordinator and 1 assistant at the venue for 6 hours.)This package is perfect for most full-service venues, and weddings of 150 guests or less. 

• 11 hours on the wedding day-$2,999 (1 coordinator and 1 assistant at the venue for 6 hours.) This package is great for venues that require more a bit more coordination support such as The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens.

Add-ons:

• An assistant for the getting-ready location/ photos. This is an overlooked yet much-necessary add-on for your peace of mind and to avoid delays!

• Duties: Keep the timeline running smoothly with hair and makeup, steam dresses, receive personal flowers, ensure the rings and important details are not left behind, organize the room for photos, help with the first look and pre-ceremony photos, and much more. $350 for 5 hours. 

• Delivering decor to the venue- $300 for two hours-There are restrictions on how much we can carry. Please inquire within.

• Delivering decor from the venue at the end of the wedding: Fees vary depending on the time. please inquire within.
